To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish and European Union law, Insightplaymingl Interactive Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or enjoyment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease and any virtual items associated with your account may be forfeited.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction within the European Union.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
